About the job
You will be responsible for everything related to our People Journey and Experience, from recruiting the best talent, to onboarding new team members, to people operations, to learning & development of the whole team. It’s up to you to maintain and develop our company culture that we cherish.
You will be working on:
Recruitment: You will lead the entire recruitment process, from a to z.
Onboarding: You will make sure that our new team members have a soft landing and are integrated into the company culture fast
Talent Development: We believe in hiring for character and training for skills. You will make sure that we have the right tools and training programs in place, so our team members can grow according to their ambitions.
HR policy development and compliance: You will develop HR policies and procedures in compliance with the Dutch law.
People Relations: You will act as a reliable point of contact for our team members, offering support for addressing their concerns and providing guidance on various HR-related matters.
This is a new role within the company, so there is room to shape and develop the role. As we grow, you and your role will grow as well.
We are looking for a person who is eager to contribute to the growth and development of this new role at OLYX. We believe that to succeed in this role, you:
are an enthusiastic people person with great communication skills
have an entrepreneurial mindset
are not afraid to speak your mind
have a Bachelor’s or Master’ degree (preferably related to human resources)
have experience with HR/People Management and recruitment
are fluent in English and preferably Dutch as well
